Hi, I’m Grace

I’m a registered physiotherapist with advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion recovery, balance disorders, and fall prevention, providing mobile, in-home physiotherapy for adults and seniors.

I earned my Master of Physical Therapy from Western University in 2016 and developed an early interest in vestibular and concussion care through research during my training. Since launching my career, I’ve pursued specialized education in vestibular physiotherapy and worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including time spent in a concussion and brain injury clinic between 2019 and 2021.

I have completed the Emory Vestibular Certification, a highly regarded, rigorous international program that supports thorough assessment and individualized treatment of dizziness, balance, and other symptoms of vestibular disorders.

My practice is built on the belief that good care takes time. Each session is thoughtful, evidence-based, and shaped around what matters most in daily life. By focusing on function, understanding, and empowerment, therapy becomes not just treatment—but a supportive process toward lasting confidence and independence.

    Thoughtful Care

means taking the time to listen, assess carefully, and explain clearly. Every plan is grounded in evidence and shaped around your daily life, with a focus on meaningful progress rather than rushing results.

  • Purposeful Progress

means working toward changes that matter in daily life. Care is guided by clear goals, evidence-based decisions, and steady pacing—so improvements are meaningful, sustainable, and relevant beyond the treatment session.
